Policy Number - 500-4081153 for "Dream Life Pension"

I have been served with the policy 500-4081153, that I, Munish Kumar Parasher, Policy No. - 500-4081153 from Bharti Axa Life Insurance Company Ltd. When I fill the proposal form no. 2820011 than I have only one signature on proposal form on dated 20*8*2009. But when I received the policy Bond attached with proposal form I found the fanke signature on proposal form’s and BI. I informed to my Financial Officer Hulas Singla.
I call him many times but not given any response from my Financial Officer.


All these point to the fact that the Bharti AXA employees Sr.Sales Manager or Senior Financial Officer were cheating on me.

Request you to look into this matter and do the needful to the Dream life pension plan.

I also request you to take this matter as a complaint against the poor quality of service Iof Bharti AXA LIFE INSURANCE CO.


I had already lodged this complaint with the Bharti AXA.I still havne't received any response/feedback from them.

I reqeust you to do the needful in this regard to help me.
