    SIR I AM A VERY POOR LADY AND LIVING UNDER POVERTY LINE.WORKING AS PEON IN A SMALL ADED SCHOOL IN LUDHIANA. AND WAS GETTING 2000/- PM SALARY .MY HUSBAND NEVER WORKED FOR ALL LIFE .WE ARE HARDLY EARNING OUR BREAD. I AM LIVING ON RENT IN SLUM AREA WITH MY SON AND HUSBAND. I GOT Rs.90000/- AS OUR INLAWS SOLD JOINT PROPERTY. THIS WAS THE ONLY MONEY WE HAVE /HAD SEEN IN LIFE. But unfortunately I reliance manager fooled me and taken my all money and put it into regular premium instead of single premium (30000x3) one on my name saroj rani and two on my husband name dev raj .

    NOW LAST MONTH I MET WITH AN ACCIDENT ,SOME ONE HIT ME AND I GOT MULTIPLE FRACTURES IN LEG. NOW SCHOOL ADM. HELPING ME AND GIVING ME 1000/- PM. TO EAT AND TO GET MED.

    SIR I AM NOT ABLE TO EVEN EAT FOR TWO TIMES PROPERLY .AND CANNOT GET TREATMENT PROPERLY DUE TO NOT HAVING FUNDS. NOW YOU CAN SEND ANY ONE TO SEE MY CONDITIONS. HOW I AM LIVING I CANNOT MOVE ,CANNOT SIT ,CANNOT STAND I AM ON BED SINCE LAST MONTH . DOCTOR HAS RECOMMENDED OPERATION. BUT I DON’T HAVE MONEY TO EAT FOR TWO TIMES PROPERLY .IT IS JUST IMPOSSIBLE TO GET OPERATED.

    SIR ,I AM TELLING YOU MY CONDITIONS ,SO YOU WILL BE ABLE TO THINK HOW THESE INSURANCE COMPANYS EMPLOYEES CHEAT PEOPLE. TO SAVE THEIR JOBS AND THEY ARE CHEATING THE INNOCENT PEOPLE.

    IN JAN/FEB-2008 ONE OF RELIANCE LIFE CO’S MANAGER AMIT BHALLA CAME TO ME WITH REF.OF MY CAUSIN THAT YOU ARE LIVING ON RENT IN THIS SLUM AREA OUR COMPANY HAS LAUNCHED NEW SCHEME THAT WE WILL DOUBBLE YOUR MONEY IN THREE YEARS AND THIS WAY YOU CON BUY YOUR LITTLE HOUSE.AND YOY NEED NOT TO LIVE ON RENT .

    SIR THIS IS TO REQUEST YOU TO PLEASE ORDER THE RELIANCE COMPANY TO PLZ.CONVERT MY POLICIES INTO SINGLE PREMIUM AS I CANNOT AFFORD TO LOOSE MY ONLY HOPE /MY MONEY IN LIFE . I HAVE NOTHING ELSE AND NOW AFTER SO MANEY TIMES REQUESTED TO THE CO. THEY ARE NOT GIVING ME THE JUSTICE. I F LOOSE MY MONEY I WILL NOT SURVIVE,. PLZ DO SOMETHING SIR AND GIVE ME JUSTICE.

    Default Illegal Deduction in Consumer 's Saving Account

    Dear Sir,


    My self Anil Rai and My policy no is 13915950..I have already pay all premiums before the due date and Relaince Insurance had debited the amount 1180 on behalf of ECS through my Account in SBI - 30067087685 on Sep 10 2009 without my knowledge.

    Ater that i have complained in their Branches and even in Costomet Care Forum or in their Website but there is no Call or Response from their side..

    They are just Harrasing me Kindly take some action so that I will be happy..
    Please provide me the Justice as soon as possible.

    Default Policy is lapsed -10409456 due to negligency of Reliance Life Insurance.

    Dear Sir,

    My self is Amandeep Arora residing at Panchkula(Haryana). I have 3 policies with Reliance life insurance on my mother account. Information is mentioned below regarding these policies.

    Everything is going right but unfortunately policy no.10409456 getting lapsed due to negligency by reliance life insurance. .We had taken this policy on 8th December, 2006 and policy maturity date is 8th December, 2021.Last year in November month when i was visited to the Sector - 8 Chandigarh branch reliance life insurance alongwith my mother, we were shocked to know that policy is lapsed.This policy is lapsed due to 10,000 Rs on 18/09/2009 and 4,000 Rs on 28/02/2008 is deducted from my mother policy account without intimated to us . Employees over there told me that Rs 10,000 is deducted due to cheque bounce of Axis Bank.Then i tol them that my mother don"t have any kind of account in Axis bank then how it is possible that amount is paid in my mother policy account and after that amount is deducted. After that employees of Sector - 8 Chandigarh branch also told me that you just paid Rs 10,000 right now and the suspense amount is Rs 2,000 on that time so by this your policy is active. I also visited to Sector - 9 Panchkula of reliance life insurance for the same concern but employees over there not provide any satisfied answer to me.When i had inquired before this issue that Rs 10,000 and Rs 4,000 is not paid by us employees of reliance life insurance told me that this is the benefit of your respectable policy by our company. Why this guys was miscommited to me ?

    Reliance is the trusted brand that"s why my mother taken 3 policies . Mentioned below is the amount concern which was deducted.

    Today we are living in Science technology and if these type of mistakes was occuring then who is the responsible for this Customer or Company. After 2 years reliance life insurance officials wake up and deducted the amount without intimated to us.Relaince life insurance Sect - 8 Chandigarh employess also agreed that this was the mistake of Branch - C from our end.

    Right now i have to pay Rs 15,000 if i want to active this policy but from where i can manage this amount.My mother is a widow (govt. pensioner). My father was no more.I am working in a Pvt.Company Me and my mother is not in a position to arrange this mentioned above amount. As per reliance life insurance, Customer care executive told me that policy no. 10409456 is lapsed from 07/01/2009 but i have the written receipt no.WC0004111639 dated 22/04/2009 amount of Rs 2,0000 with company stamp that next renewal date is-- 08/09/2009. Then on which basis they provide me the receipt. 2 times they had deducted the amount without intiamted to us this is not called mistake.

    I have the sufficient proof against the company that there is no fault from our side. My mother is mentally harrased from reliance life insurance company due to this policy.My mother had also marked the legal notice due to this problem in their registered and corporate office as well from our advocate and we also get the revert on behalf of legal notice from reliance life insurance that pay of Rs 13,000 if you want to active this policy.Sir,seriously right now we don"t have the such amount.This is the mistake from reliance life insurance . Sir, I had also marked the complaint on 18/01/2010 to rlife.customerservice@relianceada.com online and as well as to Insurance Ombudsman at ombchd@yahoo.co.in also but still i am waiting for the revert from both sides.Even i had also marked the mail to chairman of insurance obudsman of india at chairman@irda.gov.in also send the reminders for 2 times but there is no response coming from his side. Actually, i read in the newspaper about the powers and duties of Consumer court .So i have fully trust on you that as soon as possible i get the justice with your help.Please for god sake help me out

    Its my humble requested to you with two folding hands that kindly help us to waived the amount of Rs 10,000 and Rs 4,000 for the same concern.
