I m visiting branch and calling customer care to get my policy details from last 15 days but they are not giving any information. I have raised a question if I am paying premium 7,20,000 in 30 year then how could be sum assured only 4,31,000. where is 3 lakh??

I have not listen any policy which give return after 30 year less than your premium amount.

This should not be possible.

I should get minimum 20 lakhs after 30 year if I am giving premium 7,20,000 but sum assured is only 4,31,000. I am very confused but HDFC people not giving any information.

I am trying to take this information from last 15 days but not getting any information.

I have written mail as given by branch and customer care on 15th Feb but still not getting any reply.

Raised complaint two times in branch and customer care but still they are not giving any reply.

Please refer my application dated 22 Feb and 05 Mar 10. I have received abovementioned policy kits on 03 Mar 10, return the same to Mr. Sachin Singh, Offg Manager, HDFC Bank, Jasola Vihar, New Delhi on 05 Mar 10, requested to cancell my insurance plans due to my financial burden and return my full deposit i.e.Rs. 25,000/- + 25,000/- = 50,000/-(Rupees Fifty thousand only) but ill date I have not received any information. An early action is requested and progress of same be intimated on priority. Thanks.
