I have a policy #645363977 in the Basheerbagh branch, Hyderabad, the branch code is 642, I have taken this policy when I was in Hyderabad, and now I have relocated to Sngapore and I sent an e-mail to bo_642@licindia.com on 22nd Jan 2010, and I didn`t get any response from them and then I sent an updated mail on 2nd Feb 2010 but no reply from them.

Some where I got phone # 040-23420714, and I contacted them he asked me to contact 040-23420718 /719, I have tried calling these two numbers continuously but no one has answered the call.

I need some escalation point to complain about this behaviour.
