I have Bajaj Allianz ULIP policy. For this I made online payment on 18th Dec,2009 on bajaj allianz portal site.
but, due to some technical problem in bajaj allianz portal site (which they accepted) money is not credited to my policy, but money was deducted from my credit card account.
After that my nightmare started and I have horrible experience with Bajaj allianz customer care.
first of all when I try to call their customer care number, it took long time (generally 8-10 mins) and I have to listen that stupid and irritating song of bajaj allianz.
When I complaint it with bajaj allianz, they ask me to provide bank statement for the transaction, which I sent on 28th dec.
On 4th Jan, they accepted that there is some glitch in there site and they are in process to revert back money with in 5 working days.
I waited till 11th jan, but money didn't come to my account. After that I again call to there customer care, but no satisfactory answer.
Since then, I called them every day and I am not getting proper answers. They are also telling false statements like on 21st jan they called me in evening time and told that money is transfered to my account and it will come by same day and they sent me mail to confirm it.
but when i check, i didn't get money neither i got any mail. When I complaint , they told me some other complaint number and told me that my complaint in high priority.
Till today 28th Jan, it is 41 days, since i made online payment, I got 4 complaint numbers but money i didn't get.
Now, I am not sure how to deal these untrusty bajaj allianz.
Please help me how to file complaint in consumer court against bajaj allianz.
