Dear Sir,
I am having a housing loan from LICHFL,Bangalore vide loan account No. 061035069. Against this loan my LIC policies are assigned as collateral. On 28.01.2008 I had to receive Rs.15000/-towards money back installment against my policy no.480621799 ,but till now this amount is not credited to my loan account. Again this year I am to receive Rs.30000/-against my policy no.481369457 which I am sure that it will again not be credited in my loan account.
I have contacted issuer Guwahati branch also in this regard and they are telling that we have sent the money to LICHFL,but in bangalore they are saying not received.
I want to know that why LICHFL has assigned the policies when they are not bothered to collect the dues against those policies from their own LIC.You are kindly requested to get these amounts credited in my loan account at the earliest.
