Dear Sir,

I had deposited excess premium as advised by my LIC agent agst my LIC Policy no.
124728522 dated 01.04.09. The amount of excess premium which needs to be refunded
is Rs.8010. Repeated requests to the concerned agent has evoked no response at all.
He only gives sugar coated statements that the refund cheque against the said
policy has been prepared and that he would deliver the same very soon. This is the
promise he has been making for the last 3 months. It is very depressing to see my
hard earned money getting stuck for no fault of mine. May I request the higher
authorities at LIC to please make a note of this and send the refund cheque to my
registered address at the earliest possible please and save me from further
inconvenience and harassment.
