With reference to Subject, I would like to inform u that I have taken a Policy with the name of my wife in New friends colony Branch . Details is as follow….

Sum Assured 5 lacs.
Plan New Bima Gold(T. No. 179)
Commencement Date 28.03.2009
Premium Rs. 4362.00(Quarterly)
Service Branch 312

Recently I have known that wife’s insured value can’t be more than 50% of husband’s assure amt in case she is housewife. This information was not given by agent to me at the time of commencement of policy.
As I have already paid 3 premium(Rs. 4362.00x3= 13086/-) & my wife is 100% house wife. I have also not been asked regarding employment status of my wife. Only 50 thousands amount is insured with name of me through other money back policy.

So, now let me know in which condition this policy was accepted by branch. Had agent attached any fake document while submitting premium form ! if it is, then what is the right & legal way to recover my already paid amt.
