    Default Complain Against Lic Agent

    Sir,
    I have a Lic policy name (jeevan anand) policy number is 174920866. My agent is not giving my Policy bond . I m regularly paying my premium at the right time. When I got my Lic premium receipt there is my agent's home address instead of mine in it. So Manytimes I called my agent name Rames Nawani but he is not responsing me and not giving my bond.
    So sir kindly take action against him and please help me to get my lic bond.

    Sir,
    I want to complain against Samarjit Malakar-508.He is having a liceence but working with 2 companies namely United india insurence co. ltd and Reliance Money-Anil Dhirubhai Ambani Group which is located in Agartala,Tripura(west),Iindia.

    Therefore,i want to request u to look upon his licence by which he is doing the service for 2 agencies.

    I have a Lic policy name (jeevan saral) policy number is 219183318. My agent is not giving my Policy bond . I m regularly paying my premium at the right time. So Many times I called my agent name Mr S.K.Tiwari but he is not responding me and not giving my bond.
    So sir kindly take action against him and please help me to get my lic bond.

    My name is Tapas Maiti, F-114, ONGC colony, Vidyavihar EAST, Mumbai -400077. I wanted to get Amulya Jeevan eight monts back from Jasmina Thakkar, an agent from Panvel, Raigad, Maharashtra. I filled up the required forms and paid first premium of around Rs. 22000 but I have not yet got any feedback from the agent. When I asked her she said something else. She even shouted loudly on me infront of my collegues in my office at Panvel for asking about the policy. Today I donot know the policy no and I am totally harassed. I did not know that I have to gain this type of experiance for doing a policy from LIC? The agent is totally non co-operative and do not know how to behave with her customers.
    Pl help me to withdraw the policy as I am totally harassed. I have other policies of LIC but I have never been harassed like this. Please remove this type of bad elements from LIC to keep good faith on LIC

    Dear Sir,
    I am very afraid to inform you that I am a policy holder of your esteem organization. As a loyal customer of LICI I have done a Money back Insurance policy from your organization (Policy No:- 418824283).

    I’ve done this policy through one of your authorized agent but on next year that agent has left Kolkata or your organization.

    So at that time I met with another Authorized agent of your organization. That agent committed me that he will help me and arrange to deposit my insurance premium. This was a monthly insurance plan. So from that date I start to pay the premium amount to that agent to deposit my Policy No:- 418824283.

    Few days ago I’ve found that this agent is not continuing my old policy and he has started a new policy and did not bother to inform me at all. As a lay man customer I did believe to that Agent and he has cheated me and deposit my all premium to the new Insurance Policy No: 426409816 instead of old Policy No:- 418824283.

    So now I am in such a condition that I have to pay a lump sum amount as late fine to retrieve my old policy.
    As a loyal customer of LICI I want justice. I am a woman and my whole family is depending upon me, it is impossible for me to continue both Insurance plans. Where I did not have any fault why do I pay the fine amount to recover my policy.

    This is very shameful that LICI is one of the Biggest and most trustful organization of India & your agents are cheating people for their own benefits.

    I am expecting your kind cooperation or I’ve to take legal action as required. At the same time I am informing to consumer forum regarding same.

    Herewith I am enclosing all details of my policy as well as that Agent details:-

    Sir, I don’t want any thing more from LICI only this agent should be punish for this punishable offence and he should not be an agent of an organization like LICI. His agent code should be canceled.

    Dear Sir,
    I Purchased Jeevan Sathi Policy (Table no. 89-21) from LIC of India (Policy No. 535386967) in March 2006. The Original Policy documents of Policy no. 535386967 are still not sent to me after a lapse of more than 4 years.My agent (agent code 01999549) is not giving my Policy bond. In this regard, I have called so many times my agent (agent code 01999549), but till date no action has been taken and I have not received my original policy bond.

    So sir kindly take action against him and please help me to get my lic bond.

    Default complaint against lic agent

    Reference is made to Policy no.125485120(Sangeeta Mangla w/o Rajkishore Mangla,mohalla kanugoyan, Palwal 121102). I gave Rs.15000 in cash to Mr.Pankaj for making deposit in post office,however he got signed on L.I.C. papers without informing anything about any plan he invested Rs.1500 only without returning balance amount in my name under plan 165 when i asked him for passbook of post office he handed over me L.I.C. bond that also with wrong name and address and with wrong nominees name and when he asked to get corrected the names and address he him self over write on L.I.C.bond paper without registering at L.I.C.and said 'bina padhe likhe logon ka to kaam hi nahi karna chahiye' and abused me,kindly look in to the matter and advise me why i should not register a 420 case in police and consumer court and in post office.your early acknowledgement and action is appropriable . email ID:- anilmangla123@gmail.com

    To lic cbk1 mumbai.
    I had deposited many lic premiums of my customers at the premium point of smt manjula jain (empowered agent of br.481) on 28/09/2010.
    But the f.u.p. Of those policies was not updated till 18;00 hrs of 02/10/2010.
    Hence i could not got commission on those deposites in due time. which hampared my business...
    Pls look into the matter & reply me....

    Dear Team,

    This is to informed you that I want to surrender my policy (Jeevan Saral – Policy Number - 883154230) as I had already completed my three years with LIC & as per the rules I can surrender it after three years. When I enquired with the agent (Mr. Auti) about surrender he suggest me (I have got a call from 022-65289828 this number) they will deduct 1 year premium from my policy amount and I will only get the reimbursement for remaining two years. Is it so? There is no where written in LICs receipt which I have received on the time of open the policy and as per the rules there is no deduction in Jeevan Saral Policy. So please give me the clear picture about the same and give the escalation point where I can log a complaint against the Agent (Mr. Auti).

    Even I logged one complaint today (319234) which was also closed without any feedback. So please look into the matter and revert.

    Default Two timer agent

    I want to complain against LIC agent who is employed by a corporate company and is devoting all her working hours more for LIC work, canvassing in the office and using office phone and time to promote her business.
    She does her personal LIC work openly showing contempt for her senior colleagues thus ruining the office disciplene.
    LIC must put a restriction on LIC agents being employed in other Companies and thus destroying such Company profile for selfish reasons without any regard for the Company that pays a salary.

    Dear Sir

    I have bought a policy from LIC (Agent name Gurinder Singh Mob No. 9818440978) on 29th March 2011 and cheque no. 297409 drawn on HDFC bank Ltd has been also debited from account on 9th April 2011. But till date no poilicy has been received by me nor any person has contacted me from LIC. Intead of my followups with them they are also not reverting to it.

    I am Govt. employee in education department. I have got housing loan from LIC (A/C No. 5001007973 Application No. 809726) of Rs. 12,00,000 through your agent name Harish Kumar from Kotkapura Distt. Faridkot. Punjab. I have fulfiled all formalities and paied advance cheques to your company. But your agent didn't gave me any statement or receipt of my instalments. When i call him he didn't pick my phone. I need these statements or receipts for income tax rebate. My salary has been blocked for last three months just only for this reason. Sir I am loyal person and don't want to be defaulter.     Mera name shyam babu hai, maine lic childern plan ke liye lic ajent ARVIND KUMAR MISRA (AGENCY CODE :-82519128) se bat ki thi,isne mujhse ye key ker form per sin. Kerwa liye ki ye childer plan hai sin. Hone ke bad mahasy batate hai ki yeh policy shyam babu ke name per hai. Bad main jab maine inse kaha ki mere pas to mere name ki 2 policy pale se hi chal rai hai.inohne pehle toh mujhe missgude kiya or yeh keh ker mujh se blenk cheak le liya ki, aap ko or hme bar-2 samey toh milta nahi hai aap soch ker bata dena toh mai aapka cheak forwod karoonga. Yeh sab karwai Sunday(24/07/2011) ratri 21:30 ko ki gayi thi. Parantu inohne dhoke se bina btaye cheak per amaunt fil ker submit kerwa diya.krpa ker mera refund dilane ka kest kare.aap ki ati kripa hogi.

    animesh chakraborty of JEEVAN SUDHA in JAWAHAR LAL NEHRU ROAD has cheated me for my policy he had fraudly and forced me to do a plicy that i cant bear as a student so i request you to be aware of him.AS I M STILL SUFFERING FROM THIS SITUATION.
