Sub: Request for cancellation of Policy No.236139636 (Endowment plus) dtd.31.12.2010.


Sir,
I had taken a L.I.C. policy no. 216799441 on 14.07.2007 from an agent no. 0232921N (Name: - Sh.K.L.Maurya) for 3 years @ instt. Premium Rs. 20000.00 yearly. After completion of three years I asked for repayment of maturity value of Rs.64000.00 from my agent in Dec.2010. He gave me a blank form to sign .When I asked he said that it was necessary after maturity of policy and only after signing this form maturity cheque would be given. But when I received the cheque it was just of Rs.34000.00 only. When I asked about remaining Rs.30000.00 the agent told that he issued a new policy in my name of instt. @ Rs.30000.00 yearly and gave me first premium receipt no. 123313 dtd.31.12.2010 of Policy No.236139636 (Endowment plus) of Trans Gomti Brach 21N Jankipuram Lucknow (copy enclosed). When I got angry for this dirty act he assured me that it was a single premium policy and I would get the maturity value of this policy just after one year, and he did this because he had to complete his target.
After nearly three months when I received a policy in my name I saw in it that the term of this policy is 10 years and the date of maturity is 31.12.2020 (Copy enclosed) which is absolutely against my consent and that agent did it fraudulently keeping me in dark and hiding the facts. Since then I had asked this matter to my agent several times but neither he gave me any reply nor he contacted me even he did not receive my phone calls. At last disappointed from his unprofessional behavior I am bound to lodge complaint against him. This is very shameful that LICI is one of the Biggest and most trustful organization of India & your agents are cheating people for their own benefits.
You are therefore requested to cancel the aforesaid policy no. 236139636 and kindly refund my amount at the earliest and also take the adequate action against that agent for his unlawful act as he has shattered my faith.

I, Neetu Goyal, Policy Holder No. 116462792 and my friend,Poonam Verma, take LIC Jeevan Anand Policy in Aug'11. Mr. Pravin Singh associated with LIC Branch 127 offered discount of Rs.2593/- to me and Rs. 2600/- appx to my friend on first premium for the LIC Jeevan Anand Policy. He told me and my friend two valid schemes of either avail discount on first premium or 10% discount on every year premium for 10 yrs. We opted for first option and he issued us discount vide cheque no. 666607 of PNB Bank, West Patel Nagar, New Delhi branch to me from his personal account ensuring me and my friend (Poonam Verma, who also take policy) to lodge the cheque as soon as the first premium cheque got cleared from our respective accounts , His both cheque got bounced on 23/09/2011 due to insufficient funds. He cheated me and my friend and did not return money of appx 5200/- of both of us till now (24/12/2011) even after regular calls and follow ups. He always gave illogical reasons or something all the time. Now he stopped attending our calls. His supervisor Mr. Jitender Kumar is also loophole and not helping us except making false promises from last 3 months. We never expect such a fraud from LIC Agent and helplessness from onroll employee of LIC like Jitender enrolled in Vasant Vihar Branch (Sol 127). False promises were made and after that they may be cheating ‘n’ number of customers in same manner. Now almost 5 months have passed and we did not receive our money back till now. Please do the needful to arrange something to get our money back and strict action against Mr. Pravin Singh and Mr. Jitender Kumar so that such kind of thing never happened to other customers of LIC, ultimately destroying the image and brand of LIC also having associations with such kind of agents and employees.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I have Lic policy having policy numbers as 126017024,126017023 of my brother(Ayush Rai) and mother(Sujata Rai) respectively. Initially there was some mistakes in the Bond and I returned the Bond to the Agent for the correction in both of them. Now, after regular calls, my agent is either answering to provide the bond to me very next day or not responding at all.Its been more than 4 months that he is keeping the Bonds.I m regularly paying my premium at the right time. My Agent name is Pankaj sharma and his agent code is 0155312L(this may be on the name of his wife),as per the premium detail.
So sir kindly look into the matter and take proper action and please help me to get my lic bond.

Please let me know the status of the complaint as the policy agent didn't return all the policies till date.

I have a Lic policy my policy number is 116407097. My agent is not giving my Policy bond . I m regularly paying my premium at the right time. So Many times I called my agent name Mr Sunil his agent code is 82012120 but he is not responding me and not giving my bond.
So sir kindly take action against him and please help me to get my lic bond.
