I need help.

I have ICICI Prudential life insurance .Policy No:04336092.

At the time of taking policy I had opted for ECS option. But ECS was rejected .
After that I had started giving cheuqe each month as per their advice only.

But last year I had given cheque(ICICI BANK) , but it doesnot get cleared. Bank
replied that they hadnot received any cheque. And Prudential didnot able to answer
anything.
I shifted from Mumbai to kolkata and I start giving payment from my ICICI Bank
Netbanking option and stop giving them cheques.

But last month Prudential deposited one cheque, whch i had not issued last month.

Since December,08 till today i have not issued any cheque to Pru, as its very
difficult to track and I had a very bad expreince for the same in past..

Plz find the cheque details :-

Request you to kindly help me for the same, as from Prudential I am not getting any
response. They have refunded 1500/- bcz payment which is going from my ICICI Bank
online that also gone.
But I need photocopy of the cheque. And aIso want to understand when payment is
going every month, then all of a sudden why they deposited cheque without any
intimation.

2 months back I had visited Kakurgachi Branch, Kolkata also just to satisfy myself
that payment and my policy is going soomthly. And Branch people says that everything
is normal, after that also i m suffering.

Also my concern is that when somebody is not paying installment , then due payment,
charges will be there immdiately, or may be policy lapse letter will send
across.Then why Prudential takes almost 15 days to solve this. I had received refund
on 1st of october that also with long followup.

Dear Sir,

I have received from prudential stating that they have refunded my 1500/- which they
deducted by cheque.
But that thing I had mentioned in my last mail also. on 1st i received october I
had mailed them, as I received 1500/- refunded in my a/c .

And on 13 th october they are putting mails , that they have refunded my 1500/-.

I am attaching both the mails which i had recevied.

I am really upset with the service part of this Insurance.When a person think to buy
a policy also, they will get thousand calls. But for the service part , nobody will
turn up.

For Prudential

My concern is the CHEQUE.

Kindly let me know this Decmeber my last premium will go, so I can paidup this policy.
What will be the charges, if I withdraw the amount.

Thankx for your service part. And will ensure that atleast my family and in friends
circle nobody should go with Prudential.
