I have purchased term plan from max new your life insurance company last year in march 2008. All the formalities were completed & finally policy was issued. After 10 months they have return the primium amount stating you have not submitted the required documents.
This was very surprising to me. Afterone month when i contacted the company through customer care call centre they promise me to do something within 72 working hours. Again after 7 days when i contacted they made a promise me to resolve the problem whitin 48 working hours. After unother 4 days when contacted and inssit to talk with call centre supervisor, he politely appologise & promise me to give the feedback within 24 hrs.

Again the same story repeted. After 48 hours when i contacted they have appologised for all the mess they have done. They have now terminated my old policy & issued me a new policy.
How one can belive this company. Should i continue with this policy of this max new your life company?
