I am working as an advisor with MNYL since Jan 2005.When started It was extraordinnary system of services providing for our clients,but for last 2 years it was worst posision in the insurance industry on the basis of providind improper system for data management,wrong information providing to my clients by customer calling,unable to deliver Premium payment Receipts to clients on time even pending receipts for one year also,etc.

For that lagacy in service of the company hand I have incur lot of loss on my business of life & non life new and Renewal Business.Indirectly it also loss to client that their funds is jamed with such company.


So pla take this consideration to the company's High Authority and do something for the same.

To sort out such kinds of Insurance complaints, you will have to send a written complaint to the Head Office of the concerned Company and wait for the response for near 15 to 20 days. If the Bank fails to provide you any help in that time frame then you can send your written complaint to the Insurance Ombudsman Division.
