Hi,

I am also unfortunatly the Aviva Life Long policy holder(policy number # WTG 1386778).
I am paying monthly Rs. 4000 and just completed my 3 yrs with this policy.
So tatal amount I paid is Rs.144000/ .
Now I want to stop the policy then they are saying that I would get only Rs 80000. Aviva will deduct aroung Rs 70000/- for surender charges. I asked them if I withdraw after 5 yr then I should not pay any surrender charger but they will also deduct some other charges at that time. And also they are not agree to convert it into some other plan. I never had such a bad experience. Aviva is really the biggest cheater.
I want to sue to Aviva to misguide me, At the time when I opted this policy the agent told me that you can stop the premium after 3 year and also you can convert it to nay other plan.

I am also in the same boat as you are with Aviva. Similar story, bought policy in 2006 for Locker purposes from
Centurian Bank and now got stuck with them badly.

So have you taken any other steps to resolve this?

As I had apply for the life insurance policy at Aviva Mumbai Mahalaxmi office but due some reason company has stop taking payment after Six quarter payment ( One and Half Year). Company has refund my three quarter Payment and balance three is still with company.

Sir, you are requested to kindly check above record seriously why tell me why I will get back my money with interest and revert back as early as possible.

Please note that during last conversation CRO had said minimum One year payment is necessary but you people only refund the three quarter payment out Six quarter payment. First refunding the three payment than you people saying only three quarter payment is showing in the sustem.

Can you say why I am entitle for my own money with interest because case is pending since 2006

We purchased this Policy in 18-Dec-2006 as Yearly Premium of Rs.
20,000/-. . Now After Comletion of Almost 5 yrs , now i Want to Sell out , but Aviva persons Aksing you Will get Only 80% of Invested Amount ,

This policy was
wrongly sold to us by Sales Agent as they told we have to
pay this policy for 3 Years only , but now as I checked with Customer Care
Executive, he is telling you have to Cointinue for Atleast 20 yrs ,

Can you please help me to resolve this issue?
