I ANURAG ANAND PURCHASED TWO POLICIES WITH SO MANY WRONG STATEMENTS GIVEN BY YOUR AGENT UPASANA SABBHARWAL. i NEVER SEEN HER AFTER THE FIRST CHEQUE I HAVE PAID. I have taken Life Maker Gold plan through Unique Mercantile India Pvt. Ltd. Agent code 276040. My Name is Vijaya Vijay Tasgaonkar policy No.745660712 dt. 28 August, 2009. I have paid renewal premium in July 2010, but I have not received receipt of the same I require for tax purpose. I have to declare my saving for I.T. purpose. Plase send me receipt at your earliest. in max new york life co in dadar branch samir the sales manager do fake signature on illusration and give misinformation to the customer about policy to do surrender and take new policy or take new policy frm second year on word the money will transfer for second premiun . frm old policy but this does not happen this is cheating and give wrong information about policy... why the company keep such kiind of manager to the company might be his collegous also doing the i might do complaint to IRDA abt this take sum strict action aganist him ok sir rajesh sood

In spite of my repeated reminders, Max New York is not cancelling my Policy No. 764140562 and yet to refund my money.

I have spoken to their customer care lodged a complaint but till date no action

One my not a good friend who did not properly explain about this policy and made me to take this Policy

But I feel I am cheated and I want to take it up with Consumer court for getting my refund

please advise the proceedure to get my refund

I am Dinaik pashan from ludhiana and have your Policy no . 436430748 .

We are having actually two policies with you i.e 1 on the name of Dinaik pashan and the other at the anme of Abhinav pashan .
1 of its policy no. i have stated earlier .

The agent guided us some things and we took two policies and from that time only we are upset as no1 is guiding us about that policy to us .
We have been asking the agent also and others also but no is guidng us properly .

Now i got your meaage on my mobile that my policy has been lapsed and said to contact at this mail i.d to reinstate ,

I have deposied a huge amount 2 -3 time on both the policies but i am shocked and upset as what to do , how to get my money back

I had logged in two policies ,1). policy no. 788334993, fortune builder, half yearly mode ,premium amount Rs 49500.00 , login date 29th july 2010 , paid up date 30 th july 2010
2).policy no. 788335024,shiksha plus ,yearly mode, premium amount Rs. 99000.00
login date 8th july , paid up date 31st july
I am expected to receive Rs. 23000.00 commission . kindly help me in receiving the same

I had taken a policy from Max New York Life Insurance Co. in Dec 2007 bearing policy no. - 436173769.

My policy had lapsed in May 2010 and i visited Canal Road Jammu office to revive it.
I was told that the total premium due at that point of time was Rs. 48000/-.So,i made the payment through cheque which got cleared in favour of the company in next 2 days.

However, my policy was not revived,To my utter surprise, i was not even intimated anything about the non-revival of my policy.When i went to the same office on 16th Oct 2010 , i was told that my policy has not been revived owing to my lapsed premium being Rs. 52000/- and not Rs.48000/-.Due to sheer ignorance of the front desk officer who told me wrong lapsed premium , i am bearing the cost now.

Anyhow, i decided to sought out the matter n i was told that they had despatched a refund cheque of Rs. 48000/- somewhere in July 2010 which i never received.I gave a letter to the Head Office for re-despatching the same so that i can get my policy revived.

Till date, i have not received any cheque and have to follow-up with them like anything.

Am also working in a private bank n dnt have that much of time to go time n again to their office n check the status.


Am highly disappaointed with the company now n want my money back with the fund value till date as it is a clear case of FRAUD by MNYL.

i had issue a post date cheque 2 months backto purchase an investment and health insurance policy and my cheque was debited,but till now i did not receive my policy bond,bt i receive a mssge that my policy bearing no. is 820308401,and when i call to the person from whom i purchase the policy he dont receive my call and some times he cut my call by saying that he is in meeting through mesage,the name of that person is MR RAJ KUMAR HIS CONTACT NO. fact that I have reminded twice to your service help desk & personally
visited to your Indore office atleast three times but till today no
payment of surrender policy I have received.

Please let me know as to what extened I will have to wait otherwise I
have to take some action. I have belived when I have opted this policy
that I will get good services & response but today it seems that you
