complain for policy bond my self aasit singh. i am a policy holder of bharti axa life insurance co. ltd.
I purchase three policy from bharti axa.
1st- policy no. 500-2926326
2nd-policy no. 5002706736
3rd- policy no. 5003464836
i have not recieved any policy bond from the company.And i have complaint for that many times but have not got any response from the company.
i have called to their bombay branch also many times but no one is picking my phone there.
And the company people saying that they have delivered all three bonds to my address to this person(Sonu) and no such person by that name is living in that address.
Company also said this 3 months ago that a letter will be issued from the same courier to your address to check whether the address is correct or not. But i have not recieved any letter so far.
please rewart as soon as possible.
