HCL Computer not working properly from very first day Dear Sir
I have purchased HCL computer (file attached) from Shopprix Mall Sec 61 NOIDA.
From very first day system is not working properly. The moment I open my PC it
dispalys errors on screen like boot properly , Hard disk error. I have contacted so
many times to their office at noida on phone no.s 2581922,4330680 but they are not
responding me properly. I have contacted their engg. on cell no. 9910453676 Mr.
Ashish
& 9311467400 Mr. Sunil & also lodge my complaint with HCL service center having
Complaint No. 80285. But till date no responce received from these sources.
So pls tell me where I have to Lodge my complaint. I request you to either repair it
or replace it because hardly One month has passed ,I have paid Rs. 22500/ for this.
If you are unable to resolve this issue then on sunday i.e. 13th Sep 2009 I bring my
PC
to their shop and tell them to keep with them only. I don't want your computer.
You people cheated me this is not fair.
