    We want to sample printout from other 5550DN Printer of our file for
    matching the print color quality with our printer so please arrange a
    same printer for print and revert back me when we will take the sample
    printout.
    It is not possible for us to rendering our all images with the pantone
    chart while there are printing.

    Hi Mr. Singh
    As communicated earlier after observing the printer , there is no
    hardware issue found with the Printer. Its only as per the print we have
    to adjust colors if we want screen matching.
    I have suggested two alternatives for the same:-

    1. User can print the files as per the colors mention in the pantone
    chart while printing.
    2. Secondly user can opt third part tool , which is used to calibrate the
    monitor screens as per the printer. For this you can contact Mr. Ish
    Diwan at 9811704707 , he can guide you further for this. For the
    reference Ratna Sagar ( 011-47038012 , Ms Monika) is a client who is
    using this particular tool for color matching.

    Hello HP Team,
    Refer Printer case of Architect Bureau, your engineer Mr. Kapil Baweja
    had visited the site today 31st Dec.08 and had inspected the printer. The
    Customer Call Report is attached for your reference. As per HP report,
    there is no hardware issue and all printer drivers and settings are ok.
    HP report advises customer to use pantone chart for matching or else
    customer should go for third party calibrate tool to calibrate their
    systems as per printer.
    Kapil - As per our discussions, kindly share the third party calibrated
    tool available to calibrate clients systems as per the printer to get
    accurate printing image. Kindly forward case study of similar problem
    resolved through third party tool.

    The below mail shows about the poor services of HP. This is not at all
    done, we are very much disappointed. There is too much delay in resolving
    the issue.

    Every time HP engineer visits the client, committment is made that the
    issue will be resolve within 2 days and then he is gone, he never comes
    back, we keep tracing him. This issue is going on since Aug' 08 and has
    not been resolved till now. Does HP takes so much time in resolving the
    issue?. Is this what HP takes pride in providing the service?
    The customer will be moving to consumer court within 2-3 days if the
    problem is not resolved and HP will be dragged too .

    I have again logged the call. The new CASE ID-2604835039.
    We request you to attend this call immediately and resolve the issue.

    This mail is regarding printer problem model 5550DN at Delhi.
    Model:5550DN
    Serial Number = JPSJ84F002
    Product : Q3715A
    Problem: poor quality printing.
    CUSTOEMR: Architects bureau
    Delhi

    Customer logged the call on 21st August-2008 (case ID =
    2602614079) for poor quality printing. HP service provider (R.T. out
    source - Delhi) attended the call and told to customer that replace the
    cartridge then your problem will solve.
    After replacement of new cartridge, the problem remain same.
    Then again customer logged the call (case ID = 2603094465), call assigned
    to Zest W.R.T.. Engineer attended the call and close the call without
    doing any thing.
    After waiting a long period, customer re log the call for
    same problem (Case ID = 2603917183). Call assigned to Zest WRT. Still no
    one has attended the call and customer is on fire and will go to consumer
    court for this problem.
    We are requesting to HP higher authority to take this matter seriously
    and give permanent solution to customer, so the faith on HP remain good.
    Since last three weeks we are in touch with local ASP, but there is no
    any reply from them. Even they don't give reply to customer and not
    picking phones calls. This type of service we don't expect from HP.
    Customer threaten me if today not resolve issue then file
    compliant in consumer court. We are highly requesting to HP to look into
    this matter ASAP.

    Exclamation Laptop Hard Drive Replacement

    Dear sir,

    I on my last trip to the US bought a HP G50-104NR Laptop as well as a 22" LCD Monitor for my personal use.
    Laptop details:
    Serial Number: 2CE83957FQ
    Part Number: FR949UA
    Warranty valid till: 29.11.2009

    The problem is that a few days back my Laptop has seized to work or load the Windows on it. I checked with the guys at the Indian Helpline #'s & they were however unable to help me out.

    I had a an online discussion with a Support Manager Mr. Faizuddin S. on Sep 6th who diagnosed that the HardDrive has gone bad, He gave me an Activity ID: 2415449 & assured me that all I have to do is to call up HP India Customer Support @ 1800114772 / 01242346992 & provide them with my Activity ID & they shall make arrangements to have a drive sent over with the Windows installation disc's as he has already lodged a solution for me under the above ID. Surprisingly when I called up the guys at the Customer support, I was again told that there was nothing they could do as I had bought the Laptop from US & needed to send it back to the US for replacement. Please note that during my online chat with Mr. Faizuddin I was also provided with a part number for the HardDrive & we checked online to confirm the availability of the same Drive with the Indian operations as the same was being used in the Presario series of Laptops in India.

    This is the first time I have bought the said HP products with a lot of confidence about the quality & service style being offered when I had the Chat with Mr. Faizuddin but it all turned the other way when I called up the Customer Service Center & got an absurd solution to send my Laptop back to the US for service....... I have also been using a Toshiba Satellite Laptop which I bought from the US again & faced a technical issue with it sometime back & believe me just one phone call & they took care of the problem instantly so much so that they didn't have the part with them & they got it shipped from Singapore to set my Laptop right in time.... Now that is what is called Service......

    One more thing, If my Laptop Warranty is not valid in India, Why have I been recieving calls to obtain extended warranty on my system from the HP India teams......

    I fail to understand totally...... & sincerely hope that someone will take this matter seriously & help me in my plight urgently..... As it is I have lost all access to the Data on the HDD & am losing out on time as well......

    Default complaint regarding handling of customers laptops by hp service centre

    sir m from ludhiana i have hp pavillion dv6 notebook, i had some issues regarding lan so i went to your service centre in ludhiana.i am highly disappointed with their handling of products. they made scratches on my laptop and more over they bit demagge copper finish of my laptop.i am a person who loves his belongings
    so please reply with a solution
