Hi,
I am writing to get your advice on my recent purchase of a Dell Laptop
through their sales department. I ordered a Dell Laptop on 17 Aug 2009
which was due to be delivered on 31st Aug 2009. But due to delays from the
Dell, this laptop is not due to arrive until 15th Sep and taking its
delivery then would be useless to me. Hence, after knowing the status I
wrote to sales team to cancel my order on 29th Aug and give my refund back.
After many email exchanges and a confirmation that order has been cancelled,
I have recieved an email from sales team that the order has left the factory
and it is still not cancelled. On asking about their previous confirmation,
the sales representative said that he sent that email so that I would not
send further emails to them to cancel the order.
Please help me with this case, I dont want to pay for laptop which will now
be useless for me.
