i have purchased an hp pavillion laptop with

date of purchase:15-01-2009
initially i was troubled with blue screen & explorer hang problem on my laptop so i took to a service center in goa

they just reinstalled my drivers but the problem arised again so they said they cant help me any further hence i called hp customer care & was delivered recovery cd in 10 days.Still there was a problem so i took it to the same service center in goa they kept my laptop for a day & returned me it the next day saying its working fine & also they said the laptop hardware & battery condition was checked & found to be ok ,the problem was still there but they refrained from helping me & i had to take my laptop without even being in working condition.since my hometown is J&K i took it there & they didnt detect the actual problem.
i went on the hp website & on the hp online diagnostic tool & they displayed these following :
6TO4 Adapter: Device has a problem & HP has detected a problem with your battery.
Your warranty may entitle you to request a replacement battery from HP at no charge.
this being displayed i sent a complaint request at hp website, but since i have to take it to a service center in goa ,again, as i am staying here now will they listen to my grievence since their behaviour & language to me was harsh the last time. please help me with my query
