Service Center: SIMTECH COMPUTRONICS (P) LTD, Andheri, Mumbai
I had submitted my laptop in the HP service center on 1st August 2009. Since that
time service center had placed total 4 orders of spare part for my laptop which had
originally display problem.
I almost follow up with them every day. First time they told me about mother board
has been ordered, but they received defective mother board. So, they placed second
order of the mother board. Then after 15 days, when they received that mother board
then they found display panel problem. They had placed display panel order which
they received again wrong one. So, now they placed again one more order which they
not received from last 10 days.
The way HP service center works is really unbelievable. How you people doing
business like this, without any coordination with customer.
I am working without my laptop from last 40 days. If I not received my laptop fully
working within next 7 days then I have to take further legal action.
And please do reply. Last time also no reply for my mail from your
side(in.ced@hp.com).
