Dear concerned,
I have bought dell studio laptop on 9 th July. After two days mother board has some problem (It is DOA laptop (Dead on Arrival).The same has been registered and I have asked for replacement for new laptop. They have agreed to replace the new laptop with in 20-25 working days(I have email in which they have confirmed).Now almost 35 working days has been finished but still they need 10 More working days. There was no proper reply to my mails. Where their auto generated email says my queries will be responded with in 2 hours. After two days also my questions will be un answered, I have been forced to write harsh mail then they are replying it. This has happened more than thrice. When I called phone support they will transfer the calls to 4 or 5 executives no one gives proper updates.

When emails are not replied I have asked for next level of SLA, They are not ready to give. Any how we need to pass this message to dell management. I am trying to get the higher official mail-ids it’s very hard to get it.

When I threaten that I am going to submit a complaint in consumer court. They told dell is a big company you can't do anything.

Really their customer service is very worst. We need to do something on this. Where they are not meeting their SLA’s and fake promises
