dear sir,

i have ordered a laptop to dell on 24th aug. after that i have recieved that i'll get my laptop on or before 7th sep. But when i checked the status online it's written over there that estimated delivery date on 22nd sep. please give me some suggetion wat to do.
the sales man said me that you'll get your laptop before 5th sep. and he is not responding to my call. please give me some suggetion, because i have exam on 22nd. for study purpose i have ordered my laptop.
