i purchased a compaq presario in the year 2007. Within months the caps lock key did not work, i took it to the service centre and there they replaced the system board. Whereas later the system started to get hot within min as soon as it is switched on again i went to the srvice centre and again they replaced the system board but again the problem persisted again they replaced the system board but again the same problem was reported and now they have changed the Hard disk, but later i did not accept to take back the system since i was not convinced to accept their claim that they have rectified thge problem now that i've filed a case against them before the consumer forum. Suggest me whether it is sustainable since they have not come out with a clear solution for me. They were simply replacing the modules and i was nt able to use the lap top peacefully
