i have brought a new laptop compaq sku:NL053PA#ACJ PROD NO.(1P)NL053PA SN.S) CND9082GDS.At that time they have offer gift of motorola handset for that they had taken demand draft of around Rs.4000 and i had send all the documents & d.d as desired by them till date but they had not send my gift till yet. when i call them back they respond that mobile is not in their stock and they will return my money but now neither they are refunding my money nor going to give my gift and saying we can not do any thing because offer period is over.
i have called on the no.of hp redemption cell at 01726614400 but they are not responding properly.
