I have a Viao laptop VGN-CR23G/R. My laptop had display problem and i took it for repair to Sony Service Center in Connaught Place, Delhi- Avit Digital.

Service center people told me that my RAM had a problem that neede to be replaced. I said okay. They gave me 2Gb Ram - Kingston - KVR800D2S6/2G --- 2GB PC2-6400Cl6 200-Pin SoDIMM.
I was given the RAM for Rs. 2800/-. But when i came home i checked up on the Internet I found that the same Ram was available for Rs. 1477/- on Flipkart.com.

I am feeling cheated by Sony. I trusted the Sony people to be truthful instead they made a fool of me. I am really saddened by lack of ethics that Sony service center is displaying. The trust that Sony has built over the years is all gone for me. I still cant believe that the Sony Service center behaved like Professional con-artist with me. I also know that it is no use contacting Sony India about it. Once the product is sold Big Companies are not bothered who is handling the service and repair. They engage third party companies and claim to have no control over them.
I am seriously thinking of approaching the Consumer forum Courts regarding this matter. I wonder what kind of authencity even a new sony laptop has. I am feeling so foolish for trusting Sony Service and putting my faith in them and their products.

Vary i understand but simply double i don't understand.

Sony is now a looting company there is no transparency in it any more. You cannot speak to anyone in sony try all you might!
