I purchased a iball lilbook on march2011 .i has shown complant of keyboard on may 2011 and i got it serviced ,again it showed same complaint again in augest and i asked for a replacement or cash back as the problem is for that perticular batch the service person told me .But it also didnt work out .Again now its showing for the third time the complaint and they are gona do the same thing .i eiter want it to replaced or need cash back . and my waranty is going to end this march 2012.
kindly guide me through the issue to solve
