Dear Dell,
I have booked my laptop XPS 15z on 26th December 2011. I received the same on 4th January 2012 service tag number 8L4Q8R1. The Laptop has a faulty LCD attached to that. I reported the same to Dell Customer Care on 7th Dec 2012. They send me a new LCD Screen against that complaint but to our surprise the new screen also have the same problem. after some telephonic comminication and few emails my laptop was collected on 16th January 2012 for replacement. and from 16th till date no order is placed for the replacement laptop. where as at the initial stage i was told by everyone that they will prioratize the order and will make the replacement faster. But the service is too slow and seems like dell doesnt care for the after sale service any more.
Now whenever i called Dell customer care they tell me that my order will be placed tomorrow. I dont know when that tomorrow will come.
if this is the procedure and the wait time then i would like to cancel my order and demand for refund of my payment.
