Grey market's stock sold to me I bought a laptop of dell named dell xps 15 from chandigarh from a well reputed showroom named fastrack communication. When i approached customer care they told me this laptop is purchased and valid for canda only i asked the dealer he said we didnt sold this laptop but i have the bill plz help what to so

Hi Rizul,
That is very unfortunate. This happens if you do not purchase from our Authorized Retailers/Resellers. I am very sorry to inform, there is nothing much Dell can do this in matter. You will have to contact the dealer and sort this.
