    Default Aspire 5740g laptop replaced with a slower laptop!

    My laptop's motherboard got spoilt one fine day when it refused to display anything while being booted. the service centre gave me 112611-81 case id and AND AFTER 1.5 MONTHS OF CALLING<HAGGLING AND HARRASSMENT they told me that YOUR MOTHERBOARD ISA NOT AVAILABLE so we will give you replacement laptop.
    i was very happy hearing this and foolishly waited another week or so for a new config. my laptop had i5 430m,4gb ddr3 ram, ati 5650m 1 gb graphics card and 500gb hdd.


    they offfered me a new laptop with i3, 320gb hdd and 3gb hard disk with nvidia 310m (512mb). i straightaway refused as my laptop was much better and more expensive. so they modified the new laptop and installed my ram, hard disk and my processor and gave me a graphics card nvidia gt330m 1gb. i thought it would be equal to my laptop but IT IS NOT AT ALL EQUAL AND MUCH SLOWER GRAPHICALLY[/B]. i accepted the laptop y'day. but i am not at all pleased with the performance.

    what should i do?? i want to sue acer very badly

    Thumbs down vediocon DTH Rs.1000.00 recharge coupon no refund

    Last month my father had by mistake had purchased Vediocon DTH receiver but returned it back when understood the original requirement. the dealer had activated Rs.1000.00 recharge code to that DTH even when it was not installed. when my father went and returned the DTH they refunded the DTH box money but they have not refunded the recharge of Rs.1000.00.

    inspite of mentioning this to the customer care of Vediocon they are washing off their hands saying that the dealer has to be contacted. the dealer on the other hand is adamant that they cannot refund the money.

    Even when we are not using or installed the service we have to pay Rs.1000.00.
    this is type of company Vediocon is... not able to compete in the market they are making money forcibly as has happened with us.

    I want a solution.
