    This is with reference to the issue I have with the Sony Vaio Laptop Model No. “VPCEG25EN/W” . I have purchased this Laptop JAN 2012 from CROMA Bangalore, Koramangala . From day one onwards, I have been facing a lot of issues with this particular laptop. The issues being:
    1. CPU fan is making a lot of noise - The sound increases with time and becomes very irritating.
    2. A blue Screen occurs frequently
    I visited the Sony Authorized service centre at ( R.L Properties $ Investments #606, 80 Feet Road, Koramangala, Bangalore on 7th-jan-2012 and one of the service center executives checked and confirmed the aforementioned issues.
    Note: While checking the laptop, the executive observed the appearance of the blue screen twice and issued a new Job sheet number WS101158112010700061.
    This is highly unlikely expected from SONY LAPTOPS and is my worst experience with a SONY PRODUCT. I never expected this from an established brand like SONY
    The service center returned my laptop the same evening and did nothing to reduce the CPU fan sound rather formatted my system completely which shows how unskilled they are at handling complaints as this being a hardware issue did not require a software formatting. On being questioned about this they behaved very rudely and turn down our request to repair the fan which was still making a lot of noise at that moment.


    Also, within a days time my system performance (bcz of cpu cooling fan problem) went down. immediately i registered a complaint with SONY through phone and email at Sonyindia.care@ap.sony.com and servicehead@ap.sony.com. I did not get any response except the auto response email despite. I have sent many emails to SONY but it seems to have fallen on deaf ears. Now, I want a complete replacement of this faulty and defective piece at the earliest possible.

    Kindly Advice how to resolve this problem

    Its been 2 yrs I have been using Vaio (VPCEB1AGG). Its touchpad scroll has suddenly stopped working. Please give a solution.

    Hi,

    My complaint number registered against Sony is "009-18​8-534". Hope my issue will be taken care of and either the CPU FAN or the LAPTOP would be replaced completely.

    I have sent lot of email to sonyindia.care@ap.sony.com, if u want, you can check your database , i hope you guys are well trained enough how to check the email and reply the same but as of now no replay from Sony why ??? ,, if you guys not able to solve my issue direct tel me here or email me clearly how to solve so that i can took the printout as a proof before consulting any service center . dont tel me call to 1800-103-7799 every time to listing bla..bla .bla .....answer from sony executive. what i want, come to the point and answer me.

    I had taken my sony vaio on last april. The display and bluetooth of my lap is not working correctly. I produced my lap 2 times to sony centre @ edappily, Ernakulam. But the problem still occurs. What should i do? Please reply me soon
