Three times I have now dealt with Dell and 3 times they have screwed up.
The first time was with a laptop and it took 2 weeks additional, without any information to arrive.
The next was with my alienware laptop. I sent the money like required yet they refused to acknowledge my payment and cancelled my order but kept my money. After much stuffing around (about 2 months), I finally got my alienware machine.
Finally, on the 26th of May I ordered a keyboard and panel for the alienware because the one it currently has is broken. Its ETA was 3rd April and when it didnt arrive, I called them, being put on hold for over an hour simply to be told they had no idea where in the system it was and couldn't give me any information for 2 weeks despite me constantly harassing them. I finally got an updated ETA of the 24th which was 3 days ago. I have had no updates as to why I still don't have my part and am planning on calling them on Monday to see what they have to say for themselves. Taking over a month to receive a part is ridiculous.
Dell has some serious explaining to do.
