    Default Poor Quality Dell Service

    Dear Sir,
    I have purchased a Dell Vostro laptop in July 2011 bearing Tag Id:HV6YBQ1. Since the first month i am facing problem with the laptop.
    I called a several times at the call center and they give a new driver to install.After installing the drivers again the problem presist.
    Then i wrote a mail to the customer care and some technician visited at my residence after many reminders.
    The technician told that the motherboard needs to be changed.
    I stopped him and asked wht the mother board of a new laptop will be changed. I need a replacement of the entire machine.
    I wrote abt this to the manager of Dell and the customer care, but no reply from their end,

    After a few days a online test was done from Dells end. As per the test the laptp is having many more other hardware problems.
    Attached below is the screenshot of the Performance Test done online.

    Exclamation Cannot keep you informed or deliver things on time

    Three times I have now dealt with Dell and 3 times they have screwed up.
    The first time was with a laptop and it took 2 weeks additional, without any information to arrive.
    The next was with my alienware laptop. I sent the money like required yet they refused to acknowledge my payment and cancelled my order but kept my money. After much stuffing around (about 2 months), I finally got my alienware machine.
    Finally, on the 26th of May I ordered a keyboard and panel for the alienware because the one it currently has is broken. Its ETA was 3rd April and when it didnt arrive, I called them, being put on hold for over an hour simply to be told they had no idea where in the system it was and couldn't give me any information for 2 weeks despite me constantly harassing them. I finally got an updated ETA of the 24th which was 3 days ago. I have had no updates as to why I still don't have my part and am planning on calling them on Monday to see what they have to say for themselves. Taking over a month to receive a part is ridiculous.
    Dell has some serious explaining to do.
