I purchased ACER D 260 (s/n lusch0b026023440ca1601) on 5th Dec. 2010 , Bill no. 1129, Amount INR 18900/- from your shop. I faced certain problem with the netbook in month of oct. 2011 (which was well within the warranty period). The netbook was given to company service station for repair and it took 40 days for me to get the repaired netbook. Now again I am facing the same problem. I wonder if my complaint was earlier addressed to and completely repaired. Now that the warranty period of the netbook is going to expire on 5th Dec. 2011, I want immediate replacement of the netbook as I am not sure whether or not the complaint might reoccur in future.
