Hello Sir,

Myself Nageen Jain a citizen of M.P Bhopal Bittan Market,
Few days ago i have given my laptop at Lenovo service station for formatting at M.P Nagar Zone I
Before placing it ,its sound system was working properly But after formatting it stops working,
On visiting many times their about the complaint- they use to put rubbish excuses.
They have even charged Rs400 for formatting.
Being a handicapped person also i have visited there 4-5 times but no use.


I would like to plea a case on them as i have the origional receipt and my driver as evidene too.
