I had given my laptop (Lenovo R60) to S&S Company for the replacement of hinge as well as panel. For this the cost quoted by them was Rs.3150. But after keeping the laptop for 2 weeks they are telling that they were not aware that panel has to be replaced as well. When I confronted them they wrote the customer remark by themselves when I asked them again, they scratched off Customer Remarks. Now the laptop is left with them and they will give it back only after I pay Rs 3150 without the replacement of the panel . I am attaching the receipt proof provided by them with this mail. You will find all the necessary details in that receipt. I kindly request you to help me resolve this issue.
