My Dell Inspiron 1720 service tag B266S1S, has a faulty screen with the right bottom screen depixelated.
Despite making a complaint to Dell via their email support facility, and their Twitter a/c, there is no response except a ring-a-round that asks me to make the complaint to technical support and the page directed to has the following message:
