in october 1st week i bought a hp probook4530s laptop from sogo retail koramangla bangalore. they told me i'll get 1 year on sight warrenty from hp.after somtime(perhaps two weeks) i noticed that my charger of laptop gets too much heated(that i cant hold it) within 20 minutes.i called to the hp call centre the call center person asked the serial no of laptop nd said to mail the invoice copy to their mail then they will entertain the problem.i did accordingly.after one day again i called then they replid me that my laptop is purchased out of india so they will not bear any warrenty.

then i called to the shop from where i bought my laptop.at first they said no it is not possible.then they took my no and said we will contact you in somtime. and after two three hours they called me back and said yes ma'm it is a foreign item.so if u hv any problem you hv to come to our shop only. i said to them " while taking this laptop i told you that i have to go back to my state after gew months so i need a laptop with good servicing.of a brand having service centre in all areas and you said yes ma'm with hp you will get one year warrenty nd now you r sayn lik dis" . then they mailed me the original invoice copy of that laptop taken in america nd said that now you can cnslt hp service center with this.but as i know foreign items are nt entertained.i am very depressed.i am a student searching for a job here i really dont know what to do now????

i have the bill they gave to me while purchasing the laptop...
