    To whom it may concern,

    Last year i bought a dell XPS 1645 with a 3 year warranty (thank god). Since then till 2day , i have changed my latop twice and had over 20 visits from dell because of issues in the third one. all conversations are record and are with dell if required. last evening a new monitor came to fix the microphone . A technician , (I have his name, number) came and left after 2 hours saying "I cannot do anything, dell is not helping me also, i do not want to hear here, i wanna go home as i am getting late." he ran to the gate as i went up fr a min without giving his name or slip , i had to run and catch him to get his name and number,(this was also witnessed by my guard).

    2day i spoke to ravindran m from dell and he actually wanted me to fix the problem over the fone . can u imagine that. their technician cldnt do it and he wasnt ready to send another person until i tried to solve it over the fone knowing this is my 3rd laptop and has already had 20 visits and its only been a year or so since i bought my first laptop, i jus hung up and i am tired, frustrated and helpless with this laptop.

    can some1 actually tell me a legal way to solve this problem with dell am facing. they would be compensated as well.
