I have purchased Laptop Model : Dell Studio 1558 in June-2010. And from second day video driver stopped working. I thought may be i have installed some buggy softwares, but after many fresh intallation from Dell Recovery Software issue was still exist.


I have given system for 6 times to Ahmedabad dell service center, but they told me that they have replaced even motherboard ( god knows ). But problem is still there. Even i have tried to update display driver to latest version from AMD site as i am having AMD Readon 54 series 1 GB graphic card. They told me to extend warranty ( greedy dell ). And after 1.5 years my system is deadly facing crashing now & then. I feel cheated by dell. And i have no option till now. I have also send them Microsoft Error Report.


Can somebody help me for frustration. I decided not to purchase any dell item in future & even diverted my 2 friends from it. And please suggest me how can i proceed.
