Sir I have bought an Acer e-machine laptop Dt:-10/11/10
I booked a complaint against the false working of the laptop on 3rd Oct,2011(Case Id:-100311262)
they changed the mainboard.
On 22nd Oct,2011 it again showed problems under the warranty period.(Case Id:-102211436)
Now they have submitted my laptop for further considerations and before submitting my laptop they changed the mainboard of the laptop 2 more times,but unable to remove the faults in fact increased the problems.
Now the company is not responding to my complaint and even not showing any sign for the same .
Now I am very much fed up with the process and I have asked them to refund my money or for replacement of the laptop.
Customer Care persons are just giving the false assurance for the refund or replacement of the laptop and even for the repair of the damaged laptop.
Now they are saying that its out of warranty so we cannot do anything.
Please help me out with this issue that i should sue the company or wait of their false assurance of the respone.
