I have dell xps 1645 under 3 years complete cover warranty till 5 may 2013..but after about 3 months from purchased it started giving issues..i have contacted dell many times they send parts to me but after about 2 or 3 months gap the problem occurs continuously...every part of my system replaced about 8 or 9 times but the laptop is giving issues again and again....I did a complaint on 20 november 2011 case id is 846217750....many techician visited to my place to repair the laptop but is issue not fixed....i am highly tensed...today it is 9 december the laptop is not working properly..when i contacted to dell today they said that your system is about 1 year and 8 months old we cannot give you the replacement oe the system...but you tell me sir, is this my fault that my system is about 1 yr and 8 months old...whay they didn't replaced my system before when it was giving problems...they told me today send the laptop back to us we will get the repair of your laptop..Why i send the laptop to them ...secondly tell me what is the guarntee that the laptop will work fine till 5 may 2013 after repair....I offer them please take some money and replace my system with new one.but they refused......DELL is doing fraud to me I am highly tensed what should i do....my email address is ashu.me87@gmail.com...contact no is 9802226661...please assist me for this
