I bought a Lenovo on 12.08.11 from UNIQUE INFOWAYS (P) LTD nehru place Delhi (machine type model no: - 59304497, machine serial no: - WB02019841, customer no: - CU83428, bill number-
WB02019841) it could not work properly even for 2 days. Problem in the laptop are during the starting process of computer it get black for more than 2-6min sometime more than that. After working for 2-3
hours computer start getting hang. So many time during the work it get automatic shut down because of which we lost our valuable data so many time. But unfortunately neither my younger brother nor i
stay in Delhi now a days. I am posted in Hyderabad and my brother stay in noida. So we could not approach to the dealer within next few days. My brother mr rakesh kumar he is doing MBA from
noida university so he stay there only. He doesn’t have time to approach to dealer for complaining about the faulty piece sold to us. His file complaints in customer care so many times, customer care
proved fail to solve the problem. They sent so many engineers to rectify the problem of the defected lenovo laptop. But unfortunately they even could not find out the reason of problem. They did all type
of diagnosis and all kind of formats but even after they could not solve the problem. It’s all because the lenovo product was faulty since it sold to us. It was a defected piece which is sold to us and
because of that yet we are suffering a lot. It’s not only about the product even the person whoever talked with us from service center or from Lenovo showroom were not polite and decent. They all
behave pathetic with us. Instead of solving our problem they try to misbehave. no one is there to take the responsibility of this faulty Lenovo laptop neither dealer is ready to replace it nor service center
engineers could rectify that defected piece.

As dealer sold me a defected piece while I deserve a perfect piece. So instead of repairing it, i want a replacement of my laptop or refund my money. I don’t
want any kind of repairing solution for my problem.
