    Default complaint against Acer laptop service

    My Name is Gagandeep Singh, I purchased a Acer Laptop from Nehru Place Acer Mall. But after two months it stopped working. I went to Acer Service centre in Laxmi Nagar. They said, there is a problem in laptop's mother board, so we need to change it. But now after 1 and half month they are still waiting for the part to get delivered. They are saying part is not available in any service center in delhi and they will get back to me very soon. 45 days has already passed and now I have no hope that my laptop will ever be get repair. Please sir advise me what action should i take.

    Mane January 2011 me 1 Laptop 14R Shop (B-8, Hemkunt Tower, Nehru Place, Delhi - 110019) se Rs,37000- me kharida tha abhi mere laptop krab ho gya to m use dell service center
    par le gya, vnha jab unhone warranty check ki to pta lga ki tag Nomber J0T1BM1 ka laptop September 2010 me Thailand se kharida gya ha jabki mane January 2011 me Nehru place
    se kharida ta, yahi bat mane jab phone karke shop vale se bola to vo bolne lga ki m to dell ka laptop hi nhi sell karta hnu or apna rong number btane lga, last me bolne lga ki usko kude me fnek do usne mujhe bill to diya ha lekin usme keval laptop dell 14R karke 37000- ka bill bnaya hua h or kuchh detail nhi di,

    M ab chahata hnu ki ese frod ke khilaf karyvahi ki jai or mujhe mere pase vapas dilvae knyoki vo to smuggling kamal bill bnake thag rha h

    Angry Dont Buy Acer Product

    It has been 65 days , and mine issue never got reserlved with shitty acer service center

    I have bought acer from Croma, and after few month , it fall down from my hand , and LCD BackPanel Cover got Physically damanged ,

    After that i have logged a call with Acer call centre (Horrible wait time around 40-45 min on call ) they have launched mine case , and i have been asked to submit my Laptop at Lakshmi Nagar Delhi Acer Service Centre ( Her receptionist is damn ass never respond a call/ Ignore/ escape / unattend calls)

    when ever i call them about mine case , they keep on saying same thing ,


    SIR "" we will call back u in 5 min to update your case status""""

    this is the only senescence i get from their end

    its been more then 65 days , mine issue never got resolved

    ACER ASPIRE ONE
    Dear Sir
    I bought laptop on 24/8/2011 from dealer of acer in moti nagar.within 3 months one day it lcd got one black spot and next days it spread on whole screen and looked black,
    Engineer viisted on 29/11/2011 with call id -112811-493 ,he told that it comes under physical damage but it was not the case.It was clear case of poor quality of LCD being used by ACER,
    I request you to look into the matter and help consumer

    Disconnect Your Internet
    If your Acer laptop starts freezing or not responding, it probably means the computer is low on virtual memory. The best way to free up memory is to disconnect from the Internet. Because many programs use the Internet and a broadband connection is "always on," disconnecting the Internet will help your computer's processor recover from intense usage. It will also limit the functionality of media players (which use the Internet to gather data about the media they play), as well as other programs that casually access the Internet and can slow your connection as a result. If using a wireless connection, most Acer laptops have a yellow/orange button near the monitor. Press this button once to deactivate the wireless connection. The light will not be illuminated when the Internet connection is disconnected.

    Close all Non-Essential Programs
    After your Internet connection, the programs on your Acer are the most likely sources of extreme slowdowns and freezing. If you're already disconnected from the Internet, close any antiviral or firewall programs, as these require a lot of memory to run and are completely unnecessary when you're not connected to the Internet. Also, close any programs that might be running from your system tray (the little box next to where you computer displays the time). Close these programs by right-clicking the icons associated with the program, and then select "Exit" or "Close" from the sub-menu.

    Run System Maintenance
    After you close everything and disconnect your Internet, run routine system maintenance to prevent further issues. This includes running the disk defragment utility, as well as the disk cleanup program. Both of these programs are found in the Accessories tab under System Tools. Click on each application, then select "Run." These two utilities must be run separately, and if it has been awhile since you've run maintenance, it may take several hours.
