    Default Defective notebook

    I am Gaurav Bhandari. I had bought sony vaio notebook. model no. VPC-YB15/P WITH SERIAL NO. 7000854 ON MARCH 1,2011 FROM MEHTA E -STORES (P)LTD ,The Great India Place Mall, 215, 2nd floor,sector 38A,Noida.The invoice no. is MES/GIP/10-11/02795. and the amount i paid was rs. 26,450/-
    From the day i bought it, it was very slow and when i asked the shop owner, they said the notebooks are generally slow.It used to take 5 min. for this computer to respond to any programme.and on 25/09/2011,it did not start.On 26/09/2011 i took it to Sony Authorised Service Centre-JAYPEE ELECTRONICS,C54,ground floor ,Sector -2, Noida , UP. The very first thing the engineer told me after seeing this note book was that didnt you recieve any e-mail or phone call for the change of hard disc and the carry bag which contained magnet and was defective. I Had not recieved any e-mail or phone call regarding this.They changed my hard disc and carrybag.I Lost all my data and uploaded programmes . I am a doctor and was working on an important aticle which was to be published in a medical journal and was important for my carrier and it was my one year hard work.I Lost this important document because of your company,s defective hard disc and magnetic carry bag.
    Now even after changing the hard disc ,the note book is not working properly.It does not start sometimes. IT shows error all the time and programmes closes and shut down by itself.I am now scared to store any important data in this notebook. I am feeling cheated. Notebooks with same configurations was available for half the price at that time, still i preferred sony as i believed that it is a world renowned company.But i was wrong, this note book is a piece of crap. I am planning to sue you in consumer court for my losses and mental harresment but before that i am requesting you and giving you a last chance to replace my note book, else i will be forced to take legal action.I expect a positive response .
    HOPE YOU WILL SEND THIS MSG TO SONY COMPANY...

    Default Hp noot book hanging issue

    MY HP NOTE BOOK HANGING ISSUE IS NOT ABLE TO SOLVE BY THE HP SERVICE CENTRE FOR THE LAST 3 MONTHS , AND NO HELP FROM THE CORPORATE OFFICE EVEN REPORTED THE ISSUE. WHERE TO REPOTE TO GET THE ISSUE SOLVED.

    Today I shown the hanging issue to the service centre engineer when it was in hanging position. They took some system lock information and hand over the unit to me and told me to use and they will inform me the status on manday.



    I think the information which they collected is enough to take a wright decession weather it is sloved or not.Now you take a wise decession and close the issue for ever, if not possible then also let me know.

    How it is possible, it shows your inefficency . The sandby unit which provide by you is working fine, there is no problem at all, I am working my regular work on the unit.





    If you really want to slove the issue , send your engineer to my office with my unit and I will show you the hanging issue, beacuse you are having on site service for note books. if not commit your inefficency and reply me the same.

    As discussed earlier If it is possible please reach service centre to show the reported issue so that we can resolve the issue without any delay

    I hand over the unit to the service centre on 20 th and took delivery on 23rd, this time they replaced the system board. Again the asme problem I am getting.This is the 5 th time I given my system for the same problem, but not repairable by your authorised service centre.



    This time I do not want to give it to the service centre fot repair, I want replacement of the unit, if it is possible by you pl confirm, if not I will take some legal help to slove my problem.



    Before expire of my warrenty I took AMC also.



    Pl reply me with in 72 hours, if not I will take legal help.

    Again the same problem is occuring, and I informed to the service centre Maha Electronics on on 15/10/2011 and 17/10/2011, kindly look into the matter seriously and do some permanent solution, if not possible to repair better to replace the unit.
