    Particulars : DELL INSPIRON 15 LAPTOP I3-DOS, Service tag - 4STR5BS, intel core I3 @ 2.26 GHz 3GB memory, 320 GB Hard Disk DVD Writer, 15.6" screen, Camera, BT, CR, Backpack, DOS.
    Bill No.INV -124 dated 07/06/2010. Dealer - OASIS CoMPUTERS, Belagum.

    The LAPTOP has a faulty harddisk which has put me in an inconvenience as I have to do a lot of office work which has hampered. In addition to the net facility payment of Rs.992/- which I have to make every month unnecessarily without any use for my office work.So either way I am at a loss. So please replace the LAPTOP or any other means to compansate the loss.At present the LAPTOP is with the dealer
    Hope you will look into the matter and put forth the grivence to the DELL company.

    Angry DELL Studio XPS 1645

    I bought a studio XPS 1645 in February 2010. On receiving the system, i was not at all satisfied with its performance ans so requested for a replacement/ refund. The technicians said that lets try to resolve the problem and if not solved then we can go ahead with replacement/refund even after 30 days of purchase. Its nearly two years now and still the system is a piece of crap. They refuse for replacement/refund. This is what I get for my 85,000 bucks. DELL sucks. Never go for dell. Bloody hypocrites

    I totally understand how you feel, however we assure the issue will be resolved by part replacement. It is solely our responsibility to provide you a functional system and we will take complete ownership of it. I request you to allow our Resolution Team to arrange for necessary repairs and help you with this issue.
