I have bought a dell laptop on 26th feb 2011 from dell bangalore.I am facing the heating issue from the date of purchase,non of the dell agents has resolved the issue moreover when i asked for replacement of my laptop there are refusing me to replace though i have complete accidental cover on my laptop.So i am requesting you to help me into this.
