    Unhappy Complain For HP Laptop

    Product Name - HP Pavilion DV6 Notebook PC
    Product No. XB779PA#ACJ
    Serial No. INA0240NHB

    Request Date For Extending Warranty
    21st June 2011

    Still i have not got my warranty card almost 3 months got over...I had called HP Centre which is in Noida but they are not giving
    any response and i am calling them from past 4 weeks...Sometimes they recieve my call but they use to tell like i am on leave,
    this is wrong no. and lastly i left the job...

    One guy whose name is Manish Rai, He sent me my HP lappy warranty status but when i asked my HP care Pack serial no. he is nt giving me only..
    He is telling like sir i'll send that this but still he doesn't send any thing even that courier also...

    I don't know why people appoint this kind of peoples for the job...They are useless...They can't do anything...

    I hope u'll do something...I really need my warranty card otherwise it'll be a problem for me...

    Default complaint about wifi and bluetooth

    dear sir/madem
    i have request that i have purchage a h.p 630 laptop on 24-10-2011 . but after some time still i got a some problem with wifi and bluetooth. the searial no. is 4CB1291CHM. and i also extend my laptop warrenty.
    so please repair my laptop. as soon as.

    Unhappy Complain For HP Laptop Screen

    1. On 15th Sept 2011 I had purchased the HP Netbook Model No- DM1-3014 from Croma Mega Store
    & had also paid to Croma for further 2 years extended Warranty in addition to One year Warranty.
    Attached please find the copy of invoice as well as the copy of Warranty Card

    2. On 12th December suddenly the display on the screen went off & nothing was visible.
    On 16th December I sent the Netbook with my office boy to the Store mentioned above where
    Gate Pass NO.1909 was issued in exchange of the Netbook
    Attached please find the copy of Gatepass saying display problem & also saying totally physically damaged.
    I do not understand how & why they can say this as physically damaged without any scratch on the screen

    3. On 20th Dec I received any invoice from Simtech Computronics Pvt. Ltd. amouting Rs.9376
    for the replacement of screen mentioned above. I inquired with Croma as well as with Simtech about these
    charges because as per my knowledge & as informed by the salesman while selling this Netbook
    the Screen is covered in Warranty. But according to them any physical damage is not covered in this warranty.
    Whereas there is absolutely NO PHYSICAL damage to the NETBOOK .
    Infact being only 2 months old there is not even a scratch on the same.
    Attached please find the copy of invoice received from Simtech Computers

    4. After too much of discussion with Simtech they finally agreed to offer some discount as
    mentioned in attached revised invoice dtd 26th December amounting Rs.7522
    But I have informed them as well as to Croma that I see no fault of mine & this should be covered in Warranty
    Attached please find the copies of Correspondence I had with Simtech as well as with Croma

    5. I have now called back the said Netbook without the display working

    6. I would like the screen to be repaired or replaced same as new or get a replacement asap.
    I also want to have a compensation claim of Rs.5500 for the time & energy spent on above

    Please let me know if any more details are required

    Request you to kindly go through the mails below.
    I visited your cochin office today in regards of service of my HP laptop .But I had a miserable and worst experience from your employees.
    Before writing to HP I want to have a justification in this regards from your side.
    After repeated confirmation only I visited your premises in regards of availability of keyboard (telecom cofirmation was taken from your employee that keyboard is available in the morning after three consiquitive calls ) and well informed that I will be in your office at 2 pm today ,even then they made to wait 1 hr for service engineer as informed that he was unavailable and then informed that particular keyboard is not available.
    There few questions what I want an answer from you.
    1) Do you have any respect to the customer and his time and commitment given to him?
    2) Your employee has send me quotation and availability confirmation and then when suddenly today they told me that there are different keyboard connector model for HP laptop probook 4420s keyboard (out of which they confirmed in the morning that two models is available but informed this one is third model) is it correct?
    3) If yes how come the confirmed me the pricing and availability by mail without proper checking?
    4) When I left I asked them to write reply to my earlier mail, how much time did I have to wait for it?
    I expect some courtesy from your end and reply.
