Hi,

I bought a laptop from COST TO COST COMPUTERS(Nehru Place) on 26th Dec 2008 and the invoice number is M-Rl/114452. I was told that i will be getting Dell's support and you are the dell's laptop delear.
Today i have talked to the Dell's customer serivce team and they informed me that this laptop is registered under someone from USA and does not conver any warranty in India.The refrence number for my conversatation with Dell is 1921429 and the number is 1-800-425-8045.

Can you please help me to get a 1 year warranty with Dell or to get a refund.

Dell are doing very un fair business as per my knowledge, No showroom of dell and so their is no workshop of DELL, This is a USA based company and dont have proper employe in INDIA, they sale their product through the newspaper ads, and if the product is faulty then we even are not able to aproch any body. This is wat DELL is doing.
