I am Umesh Shakya from Delhi NCR and i have purchased *Acer Aspire 5920* in
sep. 2008 from New Delhi.The *ACER INDIA PVT LTD* gave me warranty of 1
years
*On 18 JULY 2009* i have faced problem in LCD of the laptop so i handed
over to acer service centre PERFECT SERVICES ,LAXMI NAGAR DELHI their phone
*01128822416,01122451643*.
*My case id is 071809-185 and laptop serial no. is LXAKV0C0118220DFED2500.*
Since then its more than a month and they do not return my laptop .Every
time when i enquire about my laptop they told that part is not coming and
will repair in 2 days they are doing so from many days .I dont know what to
do ,feeling very helpless , i have project with me and without my laptop i
am unable to do my studies properly and feeling mental harrasment, i am a
computer engineering student .
Please Sir\Madam took necessary steps regarding this for your sake of a
student
.Its my humble request.
