i purchased dell inspiron from abudhabi , it was doing well and 14 days afteer the screen went black. they insisted on maintenance and refused to replace though this is considered a manufacturer default. i am sorry i bought dell from carrefour abudhabi.

Dear concerned,
I have bought dell studio laptop on 9 th July. After two days mother board has some problem (It is DOA laptop (Dead on Arrival).The same has been registered and I have asked for replacement for new laptop. They have agreed to replace the new laptop with in 20-25 working days(I have email in which they have confirmed).Now almost 35 working days has been finished but still they need 10 More working days. There was no proper reply to my mails. Where their auto generated email says my queries will be responded with in 2 hours. After two days also my questions will be un answered, I have been forced to write harsh mail then they are replying it. This has happened more than thrice. When I called phone support they will transfer the calls to 4 or 5 executives no one gives proper updates.
When emails are not replied I have asked for next level of SLA, They are not ready to give. Any how we need to pass this message to dell management. I am trying to get the higher official mail-ids it’s very hard to get it.
When I threaten that I am going to submit a complaint in consumer court. They told dell is a big company you can't do anything.
Really their customer service is very worst. We need to do something on this. Where they are not meeting their SLA’s.
I have the full email chain conversation. If you need it I can forward this to you.

I have a dell inspiron laptop servive tag no.76dv2bs i had asked for replacement just 2 months after i purchased the laptop
i am facing problems with the laptop from beginning
most of the parts have been replaced or is not functioning properly and the os crashes every month
i am unable to use the laptop.there is huge data loss to our company thrice in 10 months.i cannot rely on this laptop for my business use now hence it is of no use for me.
I want a replacement of this laptop(no compromise) as it is faulty at
your earliest
i am really upset buying this laptop!!!
Dell officials are not replacing the laptop
in 10 months parts worth rs.20000 or higher has been replaced and i hardly got any time to use the laptos because it was faulty most of the time
now the warranty will expire in two months then who will pay for parts
this laptop has been continiously giving problems
there has been huge business loss due to hardware failure

sir i installed thosiba web driver in dell ,... from that day onwards if i switch on i will get blue screen and it will not work.. my lap is dellvastro 1510. i bought 1 year even my both speakears got damaged.. i gave it for repair bow cd drive is not working

Some noisy sounds are heard from laptop speakers when i am playing songs or videos or anything.

Problem: letter 'j' stopped working with in six (6) month which we just over looked and managed using USB keyboard as 'j' alphabet is in too much use being java usage.
But it didn't stopped, it has given more problem direct to vision, its screen display got ghostliness in look.
I want replacement of complete unit but DELL the worst manufacturer wont and even if then I don't trust it will work.
Can I get replacement and confident for using DELL LAPTOP.
